FILTRATION SYSTEM : -
It is a cross flow (Tangential Flow) filtration
process,
which removes particles, colloids, bacteria & progeny
from water. UF membranes are available ins spiral wound
as well as in Hollow Fiber. It is available 10,000 Daltons
to 3,00,000 Daltons. NMWL (Nominal molecular weight limit)
UF removes bacteria as well as progeny (10000 Daltons) from
DM water, which is used for washing, solution preparation
and much other application for pharmaceutical industries.
UF requires skid, centrifugal monoblock pump and necessary
piping for permeate, reject of the membrane. |
